Working at Dropon

Dropon is a SaaS startup in Ghent active in the logistics last-mile sector. Founded in September 2018, Dropon continued to build on existing software from the ecological courier service Bubble Post. Our software helps companies with the organization of the delivery process through automatic route planning, follow-up of delivery operations and automated communication. Meanwhile, the software is used for multiple applications such as home deliveries of fresh food, catering delivery, transport of parcels, etc.

We are active in a strongly growing market and with our innovative approach, we want to help new and traditional companies to optimize their logistics process and increase their customer satisfaction. We believe that every company dealing with frequent deliveries should have the best planning and route optimization tools available.

1. Sales Development Representative

🚀 Your Mission:

You are responsible for expanding and filling the sales channel with quality leads
You identify the right contacts within the organisations
You schedule appointments (demos) for the sales (account executive) or hold an online demo yourself
You follow up with prospects consistently and register everything in our CRM tool
You report every week during our sales meeting. You make adjustments where necessary and regularly develop new actions and campaigns
You write content on a regular basis that will be shared via various channels such as social media, newsletter, website, etc.
